We are a non-profit organisation providing community support services for men.
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 50 in the UK.
We fight this by providing a space where men can work on their individual goals within a supportive group environment. We want to be the first line of defence against the suicide crisis by helping men help themselves.
Our courses provide a supportive community to help men build positive habits and discipline, focusing on the physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of their life.
Our aim is to save a life. Support us so that NO MAN is LEFT BEHIND.

our story
My name is Andrew and I founded SUMMIT INSIDE.
Around half the population will know of someone who sadly took their own life and men account for 75% of all suicides. Only 1 in 5 men seek help before taking their own life. It’s no secret that a lot of men don’t ask for help or speak about their problems.
Like many people, I have struggled with mental health issues throughout my life. I have battled addictions, depression and anxiety, and like many men I have faced issues with suicide.
After battling and overcoming my demons, I still struggled to find purpose and meaning in my life, so I decided to leave my career and setup this charity with the aim of creating a positive impact.
I lost my best friend to suicide and I want ensure no one else loses theirs.
